  • I have a 500ml cup I try to fill 4 times a day making 2litres plus any cups of tea I drink (250ml cups from 2-6 a day maybe) I usually add cordial squash to my water to liven it up and thats about 10cals for a 500ml glass

  • I second sugar free jelly. 40 cals for 1 pint which is 4 servings but I have the whole one to myself as a sweet snack. Im also going to try having a bowl of hot oatmeal with cinnamon at night if Im hungry only about 150cals for a good sized bowl and it will keep me full so no late night snacking!
  • I eat it most day as I dont like meat (all tastes too heavy and not nice to me) I dont find any side effects of bad stomach problems from it
