What are your go to foods to stay on track?

My biggest hurdle is preparation so I try to keep things on hand and ready.
Boiled eggs
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced bell peppers
Stick cheese
Atkins protein drinks
Sliced apples
Sliced oranges
Almonds on hand
What are your go to easy snack and meal ideas? I struggle a lot between cooking easy meals versus putting extra time and effort into healthy meals and that is my downfall! Anything you do for prep to save time and energy for the week ahead?

Probably not as healthy as your list, but I always keep sugar free jelly in the fridge and also low fat greek yoghurt. Both satisfy my cravings (usually)!0

I second sugar free jelly. 40 cals for 1 pint which is 4 servings but I have the whole one to myself as a sweet snack. Im also going to try having a bowl of hot oatmeal with cinnamon at night if Im hungry only about 150cals for a good sized bowl and it will keep me full so no late night snacking!0
