  • I only get snacky between lunch (1pm) and dinner (6-7pm depending on my baby's bedtime) so at around 4pm Il have a little snack like sugar free jelly or a scrambled egg with a slice of toast or some soup. I need that 4pm snack or else I end up over eating later because im hungry!

  • nope. If its too sweaty then I dry it off then spray some dry shampoo on it and let that soak up. I wash my hair every 2 days. But really the only bit that gets sweaty is at the bottom of my hair at the top of my neck so its not too bad

  • For me I wait til the kids are occupied with tv or toys then I slip a 30min workout in. If the baby is fed,changed and warm then I will leave my youngest who is now 15months old to sit in his cot til he sleeps (if its his naptime - he will chat to himself and his toys for 10-15 mins then sleep )

  • weighing is so important. What you think is a serving size is often way bigger then the correct portion size. Iv found that before with my own meals. Its shocking sometimes putting the correct weight of food out and thinking "wow I used to eat 2/3 times that size in one meal!"
