  • I didn't see a sprintng speed option under cardio. Lowest I saw was 5.5min mile and my 400 is around a 4-4.5min mile pace, am I just missing something?
  • Just started making it, stole a recipe offline and its wicked simple. 1 Ginger root 3inches or so long 1 cup Sugar 1 cup water Slice up the ginger really thin, throw everything into a pot and bring to a boil. Once it boils turn down the heat, and I let it simmer for about 30-45 minutes. Then pour through a strain or…
  • Just started drinking green tea last week when I had a cold, now using it to replace coffee in the morning. Not sure of metabolism benefits but I feel better than with coffee, I add homeade ginger syrup to it and its great for the stomach.
  • It'll be a tougher, but feels much better. Nothing else to do but get out and run. Pacing is definetely the hardest part, if you have a smart phone, addidas micoach and other apps like that will keep pace for you.
  • Yeah sounds like a muscle cramp, you can get those pretty easy with abs, especially if you bend over right after, just lean back and stretch them out when they happen
  • Are you on crutches? Combined I've probably spent about a year on crutches in my life. As long as you make sure you use correct form (don't let your armpits touch the top, don't **** your wrists on the grip), it can be a great workout. By the end I could keep up with my soccer team when they went jogging.
  • The more people helping each other along the better. Little about myself. 23yr Man from Lowell MA. NOT a Chelsea fan, Fulham man myself but I can respect them. Feel free to friend me if you want.
  • Haha had a 4 day weekend like that 2 weekends back, not fun jumping on the scale at the end, but it happens. Just made up for everything I gained yesterday
  • 1Cor 9 [24] Do you not know that in a race all the runners compete, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it. [25] Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. [26] Well, I do not run aimlessly, I do not box as one beating the…
  • Good for you, major fail on my part for company lunch today, gonna need a long run tonight to make up for it
  • Just had a bad weigh in myself but hang in there! Weighing everyday can be very frustrating with regular fluctuations. Even if you don't see the weight loss right away, the workout will make you feel better. Feel free to friend me if you like.
  • Two weeks is not enough time to start putting on a significant (measureable) amount of muscle weight, but the first plateau after initial an initial big loss usually crops up about then. Weight can fluctuate a lot as it decreases so look at it from a long term basis of loss. It depends on the type of excercises you are…
  • Welcome aboard, new here as well, friend me if you like.
  • Haha that is awesome. I think I have the same bike and have definetely been stuck in the same situation. Way to go!
  • I usually do extra cardio at the end of the day so I CAN eat the calories. However I don't count anything burnt from strength exercises.
