I did lots of walking at the weekend... Unfortunately not all of it counts :( 17km of it does though - about 10.5 miles Also did 15 full sit ups 10mins stretching. Other than that I spent the weekend reading... Not very productive but I'm really into my book at the moment!

Sunday... Was my mums birthday today so was up visiting parents. I got up early and took the dog for a run and then walked him again later in the day. Total of about 110mins for 884 cals. The dog is a bit stiff now though :-/. Reps: 100 UB Stretching: about 6 mins... Would have been longer but I got interrupted by a Skype…

Respect to you if you go for the 8640 target.... You can divide that by 5 though! It is week 5 weigh in x 12 to give you your target :)

Wasn't my flexibility goal but my squatting has improved quite a lot since starting this challenge. Every time I speak to a pupil in my class I squat, I now keep my heels to the floor. With the flexibility I can now get my legs wider and lean slightly closer to my knee.

Think everything is posted to here - I'll put my figures in as well... Wednesday workout - 40 mins for 418 cals HIIT - 7 mins Reps - 225 (about 100 core) EM - 2 points Stretching - loads!! Was stretching for about 20 mins I think. Can you please check points for week 4 as well.

More walking for me today but not much else. 60 mins walking for about 300 cals I'm guessing - was quite hilly as we were in the mountains. I also made coffee today.... Starting with picking the beans, hulling them, roasting then grinding. The coffee was great; you don't get fresher than that!!

Jambo :) Tuesday, I've eaten too much today. Discovered cashew nut and coconut dairy milk. Oh dear! I have done a fair bit of walking though. Say 90 mins and about 400 cals. It's quite difficult to keep track of time at the moment. Oh, I saw some wildebeest and some zebras today whilst having lunch :)

Monday. Lots of walking - say 500 cals... It is glorious out here. About to head off to another camp now but just managed to pick up some wifi. I'm not sure how much I will be able to post during the week but I am right here with you. Best of luck dolphins - have another great week ;)
