  • You are on the right track for sure!!! They way you are going, you will be able to maintain your weight loss much easier than your sister. Crash diets are horrible for maintaining! She will gain the weight she lost as soon...becuase noone can stay on that kind of diet for long! Keep it up!
  • I have completely changed my diet and working out almost everyday. I have been doing Jillian's 30 day shred everyday...and going to a class at my local fitness center 4 days a week...and try to walk about a mile and a half 2 times a week.

  • If you like Tuna...this is what I have been eating for lunch A LOT! 1 Can of Tuna...I either eat it on one slice of sara lee delighful wheat bread or have about a serving and a half of low fat wheat thins or flat crisp crackers. I also put lettuce on it. Then for the side about 10 grape tomatoes. Very filling and good too!
  • Depends on where you are located... I nannied for 2 kids...twins 4 years old...and worked about the same hours...and my pay was 400 a week...but since they are more indendent being older...I would say 350
