  • I'm in the same boat too. I started at a gym on 6/29/10, got a trainer, started working out and watching my diet. I've lost 11 lbs (but they were all in the first 2 wks) and am proud of that, but the scale hasn't moved in a LONG while. I've heard about increasing your calorie intake, but i'm not sure what to add other than…
