I have a fitbit zip which cost $45 from Amazon.com. You can find them for less on eBay or craigslist. It seems very accurate and I love knowing how many steps I have taken each day. Depending on my outfit I will wear it clipped to my pants or bra, seems accurate either way. Good luck, I have found mine very motivating!

I agree, that is too much sugar! What is the serving size? My six year old loves spinach, carrots and broccoli dipped in ranch dressing or plain hummus; he calls it his salad. When he was smaller, I would blanch the broccoli first, to make it more tender. Now he likes it raw. Good luck!

Still working on week one here...took a few days off to help my neck recover. I have osteoarthritis in my neck and have been out of alignment and in a lot of pain the last few days. Went to see my chiropractor yesterday and again in the morning and I should hopefully be able to move on to week 2 tomorrow. Did one again…

No Ripped for me today, just took the dog for a long walk! I have been having issues with the osteoarthritis in my neck, Ripped seems to make it worse. Running Man is killer, I just keep telling myself "It is only 30 seconds, it is only 30". If that is not the longest 30 seconds, I don't know what is! Today it took everything in me to finish, it is my day 4! We can do this!! If it is hard, that means it is working, right?!?!

I am in the same boat, would love new motivation to stay on track!! I just finished 30 day shred and started Ripped in 30 and I have seen good results, slow on the scale but great in measurements. Good luck to you all! :)

I helped my MIL with a yard sale all weekend so I have not Ripped since Friday. :( But I plan on jumping right back into it tomorrow!!! I totally get needing a break after Shred, that was tough! Best of luck everyone!

Got my first day of Ripped in 30 done this morning, I agree with sweaty but doable. My legs are still a little shaky!! Wasn't feeling well yesterday so I am a day behind. Love that the cool down is longer and each stretch was held longer, I always needed to stretch more after 30 DS. Keep up the good work!!

I also have begun using coconut oil on mine about 3 weeks ago and have noticed a dramatic reduction in redness and bumps. I think coconut is a miracle oil, I even use it on my face. People have begun telling me I have beautiful skin! I think it has helped my skin firm up more quickly as I lose weight. Good luck!
