It is delicious, I use a tbsp and then whip it with my immersion blender so it gets incorporated into the coffee. Otherwise the oil just floats on the top. It depends on how much you use it internally and externally to see results, but I could definitely tell the difference in my skin immediately when using it as a…

I use it for everything...face scrub with sugar and lime, by itself for a moisturizer for face and body, conditioner, it is awesome in coffee or baked goods. Make sure you use refined if you don't want the coconut taste in your cooking. It has made my skin tighten up faster while losing weight and my skin and hair are…

A tsp of sugar (usually brown sugar) and an ounce of 2% milk, on my back porch weather permitting! Drinking some one now on the back porch (62° degrees in July, amazing), delicious.

Rrrrrr, people can be such a**es! Sorry this happened, don't be discouraged! Be like a duck and let it roll right off and know that she is the quack!!

I love the multi grain with flax seed ones, they are so filling and tasty. I toast mine before eating, if I make a sandwich type wrap. Or I heat in the oven with pizza or quesadilla toppings, just bake at 350 for about 5 minutes.

Woot woot, sit ups! I always fell like Rocky Balboa when doing full blown sit ups! :blushing: If you experience back pain make sure you are looking up at the ceiling, you can even put a tennis ball under your chin to help with the correct form. Good luck to you all!

Hello, y'all! My name is Becca and I am a stay at home/work at home mom. I joined MFP in January when I was fed up with my clothes not fitting and disgusted by the fact that my stomach fat sat on my thighs when I went to the bathroom (sorry, TMI!!). I started just tracking calories but quickly realized I did not want to be…

I'm having a brownie tonight, coconut pecan. You should have yours too! And the wine and the salmon because it has more protein than the salad. And drink some water. If you have 40 extra points, I say eat it all. Keep your body guessing! :)
-
Alright, got 2.5 miles done last night in between breaks in the rain/storms we had last night. July total = 2.5 miles Go get 'em, everyone! :)
