DAILY CHALLENGE #5 (7/14)

Time for today's challenge.

There's nothing that gets my blood pumping quite like Jumping Jacks. I always choose them as a warmup or to end a good workout for the day. Some of you might dread these odd jumping exercises, but I find them quite easy and not too time consuming.

Jumping Jacks.... I want to see 90 completed. I'd do 3 sets of 30. Done. Nothing too hard, but does get the heart pumping a bit. As usually modified and other types of this exercise are acceptable.

Monday. Jumping Jacks. 90.

LET'S DO THIS!!!!!
