It wont happen. Unless you have some serious problems with hormones, your body simply does not produces that much of a testosterone to make your shoulder 'broad'. If you lift (heavy) weights, your shoulders will tighten up and divide a slight line of muscles underneath your skin.

Hmmm... Maybe you should adjust calories again? Hows your metabolism? Is it fast or slacking? Do you often feel hungry, tired, sleepy? If you do, I suggest eating a bit more. macrofit.com is a great site, maybe calculate your cals there :)

As above, I suggest moderation. How much could you limit yourself weekly? Choose a goal. For example, three times a week. After three weeks, make it two times a week. After three or even more, limit it to once a week. That was only a example, make your own goals and adjust them to yourself. Good luck :)

Hi Renee, have you readed New Rules Of Lifting For Woman? Its a great book and it could guide you. Try something simple, like walking. Or running. But remember to take it slowly-you dont want to hurt yourself. Or maybe 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. There is tons of fun things you can do, have it :)
