I do a few recipes in the crockpot all the time. I make massive batches and then freeze. I have a massive amount of snacks in my pantry as this is where I really stuff up. Try Weight Watchers slices. Carrot cake, lemon, choco. Expensive but really low joule. nuts, nuts, nuts.
