I notice that it helps me diet because naturally I don't want to be I'll all the time. I ended cutting out anything with milk in, rich creamy food. Fizzy drinks are a no no with me. I tend to avoid greasy food. I cut out all of these when I figured out what effects me most and so far I haven't had much of a problem with…

I get it about 3 days before normally. I'm irritable as hell, and generally feeling sluggish. I think my bf knows to be careful what he says to me during this time haha!

What would you recommend as far as exercising goes? Do I limit it to half of my intake? Or just do an hour a day and see what that does?

I'm used to eating meals with bigger calories in, so yeah. But I've noticed I'm not ill as much now that I'm eating this way because I have IBS and other things, so I end up snacking a lot now. I'm pretty much on a high protein diet. Should I eat more veg to up these?

I have a Cross Trainer at home, everyone seems to be getting greater burns than me, I have it set at level 6-7, but the highest it goes is 8. In about half an hour of using it on 6 it says I burn 50-60 calories, is this right?

How do you share your diet info? I have the app on my phone and I always click complete diary, although I've noticed it doesn't post if I eat under 1200 calories?
