Syncing problem with Pacer app?
Does anyone know how to fix this? It won't show how many steps I've taken. I did have it set up so my other Fitbit would sync, but I've tried to disconnect my Fitbit app however mfp won't allow me to? Any ideas how to fix this syncing issue and disconnect my Fitbit account?

I've decided I'm going to aim to lose a healthy amount of weight for my birthday, and then carry on afterwards till I get down to 9 stone next year. If I lose weight this way is it healthy?
Firstly I reduced my calorie goal to be 1200-1400 a day, as I feel my body can take this so far. I don't think in the long run I'd keep this up just initially because I'm not used to eating so much to get to that many calories.
