Syncing problem with Pacer app?

Does anyone know how to fix this? It won't show how many steps I've taken. I did have it set up so my other Fitbit would sync, but I've tried to disconnect my Fitbit app however mfp won't allow me to?

Any ideas how to fix this syncing issue and disconnect my Fitbit account?
