How much in total, has everyone burned in the last seven days?

Along with how much weight you've lost in the last week/month if you want as well? It'd be cool to see how much progress everyone else has done. :)

Whats your goal for next month?

I managed to lose 12lbs on my first month, which I know will be short lived as it gets harder, but still progress is progress. I did in total 4207 for my burns this week, as part of a challenge I did. But, wouldn't it be cool if we compared our burns from the week before, and see just how much our fitness improves week by week, then our weight monthly? As my weight loss slows down I'd like to aim fora loss of 5lbs a month :). What about everyone else?
