Weight loss goals for Birthdays in October

I've decided I'm going to aim to lose a healthy amount of weight for my birthday, and then carry on afterwards till I get down to 9 stone next year. I want to make sure, that I lose around 40lbs by then, to get me down to 11 Stone. I'm going to be exercising almost everyday other than on Sundays.

Does anyone else feel like doing The Birthday Challenge with me for October?
