I tried waking up 45 minutes earlier to try and at least do a 30 min workout before work, BUT It was soooo hard. I felt so tired at work. BUT me and the girls did stairs at work the other 2 nights. I'm on the 10th floor so we went all the way down and back up again. It felt like a decent workout for sure!

HI I just starting working as a new grad RN August 2013 nights and have gained weight since working nights and being on an odd schedule…this on top of the weight i gained in school…….let lose it together!!!!

Just re-signed up with MFP and for a 5k Mud Run in June……Super excited!!!!!
