Subway orchard chicken salad sandwhich on wheat, fantastic! In fact, I think I might have that for dinner tonight :) I always either get the apples or yogurt with it.

Thanks everyone! I went in and added sodium and holy cow! Today I went over on my sodium by 855mg! That is a crazy amount! I think I shall keep an eye on that now as well :)
