Here are the strong lifts 5x5 videos to get you started. Go in with a plan, and make sure that plan progresses in weights. I go for Max O2. I breath though my nose, mouth, ears. Anything. If I get side stitches I breath out when the opposite foot hits. That's about it.

My wife and I have a personal trainer. He is great. I sat down when we started and went over what the plan would be. We do a program built around the main basic lifts. Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Clean and presses.

This sounds really racist, check your privilege. I drink a ton of Colombian-america coffee with nothing else added to it. Then I switch over to Tea, with nothing added to it. I'm currently drinking some spiced chai. I like green tea, but you are right I like the kick.

I usually do 1 long run during the weekend and a 2 - 5 mile run a few times a week. If you want to get better at 5k's you do more interval work. If you want a 10k or 1/2 marry, look into upping distance.

You know something is good if the coaches are really consumers. Things are not set up in a multilevel marketing scheme if they are not well worth the money. One thing I notice too, is beach body coaches are always willing to talk about selling you beach body products.

1 cup of raw blackberries according to the 20+ entries for the same thing in the mpf database is 62 calories. You could track that on paper, until the issues are resolved as a work around. I also have issues with posting comments or liking status's. It's just how mfp works.

sorry, I saw my name. chocolate almond milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, ice cream, deli slices, children's tears. These are my go-to snacks. I save enough calories so it is not really an issue.

If you don't like running, you aren't going to like running. Give c25k a shot. If you don't like it, check out strong lifts 5x5. Lift heavy instead.

You are a 6'2 male. 1200 calories is not enough. I would guess closer to 1820 minimum. If you are going to strength train you need to even eat over that. http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/
