Ok, I just went though your diary, and I see the big problem. Go under Food -> Settings. Under nutrients tracked, set it from Sugar to None. you are lifting now, so just worry about Protein, Fat, Carbs. Don't throw sugar and sodium into the mix too. It will drive you batty.

Thank you. I am all for getting nutrient dense foods. Kale chips, chicken etc. Really there is nothing good in apples. They even contain toxins such as cyanide.

My office building has 3 flights of stairs, my house has 12 steps total. I'm guessing I do about 50 - 90 steps a day. Were do you people get these 10,000 steps? The empire state building only has 1,576 steps.
