I'm working with a personal trainer and she recommended polar as well. If you use a gym and they have precor equipment the polar monitor will sync with it and show your heartrate on the machine.

You can do this - being at home can be hard (it's easy to munch out of boredom) but it also gives you a great advantage as far as having time to take a walk on a nice day or being able to cook things that take some time. So proud of you for having the spirit to start again :)

Corned eye of round (easy to make and not as fatty as regular corned beef brisket), steam cabbage in a little chicken stock, and have some mashed potatoes (make with skim milk or chicken broth).
