I weighed myself again today and I was correct. The 1 pound gain was water weight. I did however not lose any weight either which sucks. Oh well heres to next week

how rude honestly. Its not up to a total stranger to decide whether you need help. For all he knows you could be morbidly obese and loving life. (not saying that your morbidly obese I haven't even looked at your profile pic) but ya even coming from a friend I would find that offensive.

i did not eat that well but didnt go too high over my calories over the weekend. Today I'm feeling confident and eating somewhat well even though i feel super sick. Hoping to drink lots of water not vomit eat at least up to my calories

so far ive been basically meeting my calorie goals. I have also been meeting my daily goals perfectly! Today my goals are: Don't overdue it today when I go out to Pho No sweets No fast food No drinking alcohol tonight

my mini goals for today are - walk during lunch even though its freezing cold down in Alberta (burr) - Limit my sweet intake to 3/4 of a hot chocolate (to help with the headaches from stopping sugar completely) - No junk food

I've been away for a few days - no food in the house and feeling crappy. I'm back though ! I went grocery shopping yesterday and bought all organic fruit and veggies. Tonight I will have chicken breast with pasta all cooked inside a spaghetti squash! Today I hope once again to squash my urges to visit my chocolate machine…

I think i may have posted this in another chat but here goes: I hope to stay within my calorie limit - avoid the cookies sitting in my vehicle for my sons ride to home snacks... somewhat clean my apartment (tomorrow is the big clean ) go for a 15 -20 min walk on my lunch break or after work :)

This weekend hmmm I have a full weekend planned... Tomorrow I will clean my whole apartment - which usually takes 6 hours. Sunday - I have a birthday party which will involve lots of sweets and hopefully exercise. My goal is not to go overboard on the sweets and drink lots of water!

well for day 1 i managed to complete my goal of not eating any candy bars Day 2 I worked out for the first time this morning in weeks I have a delicious low fat-high protein chili in my slow cooker at home that i can't stop thinking about. And hoping to spend another day at work with NO candy bars ! LOL I am not weighing…
