I am on week 2 of the program and already feeling much stronger. A little clumsy but improving. Eating at TDEE minus about 10-20% and it has really helped improve my lifts (did this program for two months a while back and struggled at a 2 pound loss a week deficit)

A&W : Grilled chicken deluxe with sweet potato fries. Down't even break 400 calories.. I think... IDK its been a while but the burger alone is 270 calories and I usually give the fries to my kid

I'm not necessarily saying you should do this. but when i wake up in the morning i have a wrap with two eggs also a shake with half a banana, kale, almond milk, beta alinine, creatine and two tsps of instant coffee before i used to dread workouts but this for me helps.

my gym has a "squat rack" Is it a squat rack? Not a cage but has a level to put the bar on to be safely picked up for OHP. I could not imagine someone OHP ing 300+ pounds from the ground. I have a hard enough time OHPing 100 pounds from the ground. I use the squat rack at my gym for ALL stronglift 5x5 programs. This is why…

There is a girl like you at my gym. She is the reason why I now go to the gym at 6 AM! Does these little circuits in the squat rack and doesn't even need/use the squat rack!!! Super annoying!

I prefer stockier guys. not skinny. i have even gone for guys with more chub over skinny guys. but a mean with the right amount of body fat and sexy pecs ...oh ya that's it right there.... i used to be obsessed with abs on guys but the shoulders and chest is it for me :)

whoa whoa whoa don't knock the club soda now! LOL I always mix 1 1/2 shots skinny girl vodka with 2-3 parts club soda and 1 part lime juice and it tastes amazing about 60 calories a drink maybe more

eat less and move more. I'm almost 2 years post partum and while I am now at my pre-pregnancy weight I still do not have the same body as before. If I could change anything I would have definitely done a lot more weight training in the last 2 years.

My mom has introduced me to this awesome drink: 1 part vodka (1 shot) 2 parts club soda 1 part lime juice = an approximate 90 calorie drink! :)

That is awesome! I am also 5'7" and started out at 260ish pounds. I can not wait to break the 200's!!!! You've done very well for yourself and will most certainly hit a 100 pound loss by 40 :)

not until after I lost about 30 pounds. Now I'm at 50 pound loss and have been told it's most noticeable in stomach and butt area
