I have easily finished off an entire box back in the day. We would have a stockpile all year (former girl scout who's mother bought too many each year). The past 2 years I have not bought any. They are and will always be a weakness for me

I am hoping to run 1000+ miles. I started running June of last year and completed my first half marathon. I am training for my 2nd in February and plan to do 1-2 more in 2012.

I love the iphone scanner option. I would probably go with the higher option just to be safe. In this situation there isn't a big difference.

My go to recipe website is www.skinnytaste.com. She makes delicious meals for her husband and child and always get their seal of approval before posting. She takes the foods we love (and that make us unhealthy) and lightens them up. She even posts the calorie information

I have been told it doesn't matter when you weigh yourself as long as each week you are weighing yourself at the same time. I prefer mornings when I have an empty stomach.

I have done it twice. I would love to do it on a regular basis but can't afford it. It is a great upper body workout and it is fun!

I am so with you!!! I have been hovering around the 170s for FAR TOO LONG! I am ready to 160 and even 159 which has been my lowest weight since being on my weight loss journey and since I was in like middle school.
