I too am a pear shape (Curvy)! I work in a hospital & have found that walking up & down 5 flights of stairs 4 times a day has helped. Any stairs will do, just make sure you are planting your whole foot on the step to work your butt as well. I also do Cardio on the Elliptical machine with resistance & that can get your…
