I struggle with this, too. My only advice is to shop at Trader Joe's(hopefully there's one in your area). Healthy/organic food and really not expensive!

I wholeheartedly agree with this! I also have intense cravings for bad food almost daily. So instead of denying myself it (and being bitter and unhappy), just cut down on how MUCH of it you eat. Eat half instead! Now this doesn't work as an all-the-time thing, just for bad cravings. Seriously though, don't give up! We're…
