Oh WOW!!! That is a huge transformation!! You should be so proud of all the hard work you've put in, because it has REALLY paid off! Congrats girl, you're an inspiration.

Okay I adjusted my calories but...isn't it roughly the same as eating back your exercise calories, though? You either eat higher and don't eat back exercise cals, or eat lower and eat back exercise cals. I'm probably missing something though, trying to grasp the concept/secret.

Totally agree with this. Do what you can for now. With time, you'll start getting more creative and exploring more. Incorporating lots of veggies and fruit simply makes this whole process easier, and as someone said, you get to eat more!

Lots of good ideas up there! Also, I recently discovered brown rice cups. Just pop them in the microwave and they're ready in 60 seconds. Amazing for the lazy/inept like me :)

You don't have to sacrifice. Just make your meals less calorie-dense. I totally understand the cooking/eating together bonding thing. Check out skinnytaste.com This website rocks. It takes ALL your favorite foods/comfort foods and gives you ways to cut down on calories and make them healthier. Delicious food, while still…

This! For me, it's that we wanted to go out, have fun, go to dinners, drink, etc. Not that we didn't care about looking good, just that we are so happy and having fun! Which unfortunately food and alcohol play a big part in that. But he's also the reason why I got into losing weight, because I wanted to look good!

oh my god, both of these are sooo me. i will literally leave and find different bathrooms until i can get some peace. i WILL NOT hold it in though, and have my stomach hurt for the rest of the day. that sucks.

700 calories for an hour actually doesn't seem that far-fetched considering your weight and how high your heart rate goes during the class.
-
when i get sick, i just take it as a loss and eat what i want/drink juice/whatever it takes to make me feel better.
