concept 2 rowing machine. and yes, its just ONE side. the other side is the 'normal' soreness. is there such a thing as like...tearing muscle? or something? i don't know, i'm just trying not to worry that i seriously injured myself.

And by "experts" I mean people who do a lot of weight training and/or fitness trainers.

Nope. But thats probably because i've still been drinking frequently throughout my diet haha. What can I say, i'm young! Hardcore boozing is a must.

Glad to see everyone eats as many eggs as I do! I buy an 18 pack about every 1.5 - 2 weeks just for myself as opposed to hardly ever eating them. Kashi cereal instead of Cap'n Crunch  No more macaroni and cheese. No more snacks WHILE grocery shopping. Rarely buy cheese. Lots more fruits and veggies (whereas they were…

Completely agree with the above 2 posters. At that high of weight/calories, you are in no way in risk of starvation mode. it's eating around 1200 or less that is the problem. Also, the Biggest Loser is completely unrealistic for average people. 10lbs/week isn't really sustainable and it sucks that they make people think…

Yay bragging! 1. I love that he is the best friend i've ever had. 2. I love how he unexpectedly teaches me things everyday. It's humbling since I sometimes feel like I have all the answers. 3. I love that he is a good cook, as I am not! He can whip up something new and it will taste great, no matter what. 4. I love…

honestly, i've tried really hard to find a way to STILL eat mac and cheese every day haha

Oh, and ben & jerrys LATE NIGHT SNACK. it's so sad how insanely good it is and how much power it has over me :(

appetizer foods! nachos, mozzarella sticks, potato skins...ugh. love them all. if it's in bite-size form, i'm all over it. AND since you brought it up, buffalo wild wings as well! they are amazing!!

After reading everyone else's posts, it's really apparent that it's different for everyone. My answer is that I have yet to see a change, even though i've lost 25 lbs (of 45). Others have told me I look great, but I don't see it. Also my clothes are fitting about the same still. I'm hoping in the next 5 lbs it'll start…

exercise. 1) it takes your mind of eating at least for a little while and 2) gives you more calories to eat
-
i'm hoping this is a joke.

LOL!! right? No but really, I do over-analyze pretty much everything. It's not about being needy.
-
wooooooow COOL!!

I absolutely love that site! Everything i've made has been delicious. I've made the Easiest Pasta and Broccoli Recipe (which really is super easy and really good), Chicken Quesadillas, Steak and Cheese Sandwich with Onions and the Chicken Rollatini with Spinach alla Parmigiana (<---amazing!)

How many calories are you eating? Are you logging accurately? Are you about to/have you just started your period? <- that would account for the 4lb gain.

just wanted to quickly reply to this: wow! that's pretty impressive! i struggle with giving up some days so it's motivating to read that :)

if i'm going to comment on someone's diary (which i rarely do), i make sure to look at it. i hate getting generic responses from people i KNOW haven't even looked, so i don't do it. what's the point of mass commenting 50 "wtg"s? it's pointless. so yes, i agree. and to comment on a previous poster saying that they make sure…

i like caprese pops!

I'm simply counting calories. I make sure i'm eating at about my BMR and nothing below. I was working out in the past, but have since stopped. I will get back on that soon!

Beer. Nachos. Pizza. Any appetizer whatsoever.

you look amaziiiiiing!!!!

Join the club. It happens to me frequently (at least once every week or so :-/ ) I totally get the "oh well, i already messed up so just keep going!" mentality. It does feel like crap afterwards, but the most important thing is that you realize that you can start over anytime you want. There will be bad days. The best…

^ dangerous post for a topic like this haha

Yeah, I was kinda wondering why MFP gave me a calorie goal 100 below my BMR. Seems not right?
-
wow...i have never heard of this before!

claimsofperfection.tumblr.com although it has nothing to do with weight loss and i post lots of (wishful) food pictures haha
