Has anyone had any success with this? And, i'm getting the impression that this maybe isn't a good method for people who don't work out much (burn maybe 800 per week) ....is that true?

I have the SAME issue with my boyfriend. I mean great for them, but it sucks to put in the same amount of work and only see 1/3 of the progress! He can seriously lose 4 lbs per week no problem. Men just lose easily i guess.

I'm a college student that just turned 21, so yes, I drink. Average 3 days a week. I think it's fine as long as I have enough calories for it. Though, I have definitely switched to lower calorie beers, and "skinny" alcoholic drinks. Or shots. That works, too.

I am so glad to hear this! I too haven't noticed much of a difference, even though i've lost up to 25 lbs (now 20). I'm 5' 3". Still the same pant size, everything. I was hoping something like this was what would happen. Thanks for the info!

log it in cardio exercises under calisthenics. it definitely burns calories.

i don't think there really is one definition. the only sure thing across the board is that you aren't losing any weight. but, how long that goes on for before declaring an actual "plateau" is variable between people. for me, i'm impatient. so if i haven't lost any weight in a week, i get nervous and feel like i need to…

you should never eat below 1200 calories, ESPECIALLY if you're exercising. i would reevaluate that.
