  • I love it too! I also love the PB2 chocolate! Also, it might be a good idea to keep it in the fridge or freezer? Seems to go kind of rancid ( like flour does?) after a month or two. Try thePB2 in Thai noodles.....or on bananas... On apple slices is my favorite. ;-)
  • Hi Leigh! Please add me! You're story is so inspirational ! I would love to see/hear what you're doing to keep yourself motivated. But more importantly I have a secret yen to add exclamation marks after every sentence; I counter the urge by connecting thoughts with a dot dot dot... Pam

So far, I am only doing yoga but plan to branch out physically as I go along. I'm enjoying the clean eating and how wonderful and energized I feel. Its amazing how much better your back and…

I've lost 50 + pounds to reach my goal without strength training. Funny, you still…

I look forward to the trim body, even if it means I lose breast size. In my opinion (and it's only mine:-) big breasts on a obese woman are just part of the fat. I…
  • Don't think I've seen THIS issue with rice, yet..... Google RICE and ARSENIC. Seriously, apparently arsenic is used in the processing of rice, and ESPECIALLY so in brown rice. I know someone who was treated and released from the hospital for arsenic poisoning, and the doc asked her if she was consuming a great deal of rice…
