I've looked VERY quickly over your food diary and it just seems like you're eating a ton of CRAP. Captain Crunch...ice cream...chips... If you can afford all that junk then I'm sure you can afford some lean protein and fruits and vegetables. Tuna fish is cheap...a bag of salad...fruit... Also your sodium is sky rocket…

I started my journey on the New Year. I topped almost 200 pounds and today stepping on the scale I am under 170! The best thing I did for myself was buying an elliptical machine. I think the goal was 20 pounds in 60 days....20 pounds is A LOT to lose in 60 days let alone 30... We were weighing in every Monday but it doesn't seem like many people are participating... :(

Everything and anything...probably most recently was I'd look stunning if I could lose some weight... Also a young child once asked me if there was a baby in my belly... AND My mother telling me I was a fat digusting waste of space... :frown:

In in it for the long haul too... I need to lose so much weight it isn't even remotely funny...
