I am doing a Beachbody program called Chalean Extreme and I LOVE it, just a week shy of finishing up my first 90 day round. Starting Monday I will be doing a 60 day round of PiYo (which only uses body weight) then I'll go back to Chalean Extreme for another 90 day round of lifting!!!

I agree with previous posters that have said you DO need to make up for calories you've burned off. You really shouldn't eat too few calories or your body goes into "starvation mode" which slows your metabolism down. The calorie burn calculator usually rewards you will too many calories burned but I would eat no less than…
