I couldn't believe if i lose 100 lbs, i would still be overweight. The math is what triggered my motivation. I'm with yall ! add me please!

I like the idea of trying on clothes or buying something you know is too small, trying it on, and taking pictures every 2 weeks or once a month. scales are cool but sometimes you can weigh the same and still be more fit and fit those smaller clothes...which is also cool !

I am not good at eating! I know how to eat healthy i just have a hard time doing so ! Cost, time, ect are factors but not excuses ! anyways add me please !
