If you stick junk infront of a kid they will usually eat it. My 5 years old is being educated about food by me, not that I am an expert but I have common sense these days after been woken up to the corporate spoon fed ****e. We don't allow junk food/sweets except for Friday and meal out etc, even then its limited. I have…

There is massive denial I saw two Mothers outside a school going mental because they had been told their kids where obese at 5 years old by the school nurse. They where saying their brother and sisters were the same and thats just the way they are built. They miss the point both of the parents were morbidly obese and have…

Smoked 20 to 80 a day for 17 years, stopped for good 6/7 years ago. Tablets, patches etc, just prolong the agony and you have a better chance of starting smoking again according to a number of studies I read 6/7 years ago. Drop the junk. Try eating clean for a month with thinks like chicken stir frys, home made soups in a slow cooker. You will fuller, have more energy and will notice a weight drop.

I eat carbs, eat cheese and drink milk I need the energy and calcium. I just looked at your diet its low in calories but it also look pretty poor in areas pizza, maccies, granola bars, nacho and other processed crap in there every day. So it could be high carbs and fat and the chemicals in the food and you have fried rice…

Stop blaming other people and stop choosing to be obese. That's how I started thinking. I used it as motivation, insults can be a good reminder that you need to correct something. My though process was: If you are obese face it head on, don't want to be call fat then get a grip and do something about it rather that putting…
