What they said ^ If you do happen to not eat the entire marinade, and just whatever "stuck" to the meat, I personally wouldn't even log it. My calorie margins aren't that small for me to wanna worry about it, but that's just me!

Reduced/lite versions of dressing. They just taste bad to me. If I really want to go with a low calorie dressing I just use some red wine vinegar now.

I eat the skin most all of the time. It does add in some calories and fat but that's not a big deal if you're taking it into account while tracking your food. It just tastes so damn good..

I do as well. I just try to eat reasonably healthy stuff late at night to satisfy. Grapes, berries, frozen fruit bars, yogurt, some cheese, tuna & hot sauce, etc. Helps kill the craving while being better for me than a whole frozen pizza, which is what I REALLY want :smiley:

I always just do my logging as "worst case scenario". By that I mean, the maximum that the meal could be. I don't think I've ever estimated "spoilage". But it's an interesting idea, I never really thought about it!
