Hey Shredheads! Today was my day 4 of level 2. I was going to workout yesterday before my haircut, but it didn't happen. That being said, I'm glad I took a break. This level works me harder than level 1 (I know, that's the intent), so I felt like my muscles needed some additional rest. I'm going to try to do my "day 5" in…

Still here! Need some motivation. I got a promotion at work that left me exhausted so tonight is my day 2 of level 2!

I just finished my day 7 technically, but I am so proud of myself! After missing two days from being sick, I doubled up yesterday and today, I finished the shred without doing ANY modifications (well except one round of knee push ups). I'm talking lunges and bicep curls and anterior raises with a side lunge. I can't…

Good job! I sadly missed two shred days from not feeling well but I am doubling up today and tomorrow so I can get caught up with everyone. So glad we're doing this!

I am thinking about doing Ripped in 30!

Hey! If it makes you feel any better, I missed two days of the shred. I did day 5 today and I am planning on doing my "day 6" tonight. I am doubling up tomorrow so I can get caught up. Don't get discouraged! We can still rock this out!

Day 4 done! :D

I actually find that doing the 30 Day Shred barefoot is easier on my feet and ankles (but that might be because I have a super thick yoga mat that is all things comfortable). But back to your actual inquiry: there are several things that keep me motivated to do this. I would definitely have to credit this group for making…

Day the third completed! My calves hurt but I am so stoked for tomorrow! I can't wait until we're on day ten and preparing ourselves for level 2. Let's do this!

I'm currently waiting at the DMV to get my tags renewed and it's taking forever! All I can think about is how I'm going to shred it as soon as I get home!
-
I did it barefoot as well and found that it was a lot easier on my feet and ankles.

Day the 2nd complete! I actually found today to be a lot easier yesterday, especially the cardio portion...but that might be because I'm a server at a high-volume restaurant and got my *kitten* kicked at work and came home and did the shred immediately. Good job everyone! I am so happy to be doing this with you all and…

Day 1 of Level 1 COMPLETE! Thoughts: *Can't do a proper pushup yet. I am hoping that I will eventually be able to complete the Level 1 circuit doing proper pushups. *Why is jump rope so hard for me? I could do jumping jacks all day long with no problem, but jump rope? (I still did it anyway, despite how mad I was at doing…

Hey there! I'm Miranda. I'm 24, newly married and I'm from KC, MO. I don't have a scale at my home (having had an ED for many years of my life has taught me to not become obsessed with the scale), so I don't know my weight but I do know that I want to be tone and fit by my 25th birthday in July. I have come a long way from…

I was thinking that once we start doing the challenge, we could check in with out measurements every ten days (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) so we can keep supporting each other throughout this process. I find it really encouraging when I have others to motivate me (especially with JM workouts, lol).

I used three pound weights before. They don't sound like a lot but they really work you hard in the combination moves!

I would love to join this group! I am starting on April 1st as well after many failed attempts.
