I had hit a brick wall and I did not change my eating but added to my movement and it seems to be helping. Plus I have so much more energy than before.

I am doing SI6 as well as a zumba class 3x a week and weights once a week. Sometimes I through in a tia chi class. I am hoping that the SI6 will kickstart my weightloss again. I have lost 27 lbs but had hit a wall. I hope everyone is hanging tough with this workout. Check in and let us know.

Thanks to everyone for all the sites. I am sure to find a sports bra that is perfect for me. I also wear a regular bra with a sports bra over it to exercise or do zumba. And i do not find the uni-boob very flattering.
