  • Mostly cardio excercises: Aerobic classes, shooting the basketball with some drills, oelipticalfficiating basketball games—when I get the chance, eliptical, treadmill. Weight training comes second to me, but I need to do more. Trying to get a routine, but it's difficult on the extra board.
