Hi! I am 5'4 with about 30 pounds to lose! I need help with motivation!!!I had a baby 2 years ago, lost the weight plus some.....but now 2 years later, it is creeping back. I am about the same weight now as I was 5 months pregnant. I hate it. Help!

I am in the same exact boat! I have about 30 or so pounds to shed until I can feel comfortable in my own body again. I hope I can make it there! With a little support, I believe we can all do it!
