I am 5'8" and I carry all of my weight in my stomach and boobs. I don't really have hips so it just makes me look sort of pregnant at all times. I also have chicken legs, so I look a bit like an upside down triangle, haha!

1 or 2 of these always meet my chocolate craving. If you love something like chocolate, don't cut it out completely or you'll end up binging on it. Just have a little bit!

Exactly this, except that I haven't been under 200 in about 15 years. 165 is my goal because it puts me at a healthy BMI. I can't possibly imagine myself weighing less than that since I'm big boned but kudos to all of you who can maintain it!

Fried catfish and french fries. Soooo yummy. I actually planned and brought a healthy meal with me to work but I have been thinking about that darn fish all day. I went ahead and got it because I knew that if I didn't, I wouldn't be satisfied all night and might end up eating random crap later.

I love shopping and fashion so I'm always buying things as I lose weight. The most versatile things are dresses and tunic tops, (add a stretchy belt as you lose weight) and I like to wear layers so I'm always buying new cami's and cardigans, which are also very forgiving as your size changes.

I don't do hunger pain. If my body tells me that I am actually hungry, I eat.
