Even if all i had was a quesadilla..there's no way it'd fill me up, and I'd only have 900 calories left for the entire rest of my day....3 minuets of cheesey goodness is not worth that hangry feeling that comes later.

Hydration is all about water so I'm not understanding your question about carbs. If you're worried you haven't eaten enough today, then go for something that will be easy on your stomach. Simple foods in small amounts. Since I don't know what extreme stomach upset really means for you, I can't really suggest anything else.…

Please don't try the salt... If you're really that dehydrated your serum osmolality is already high. When your body becomes dehydrated it signals the kidneys to release renin which activates a pathway ultimately leading to the release of aldosterone. This chemical signals to the body to increase blood pressure and hold on…

Focus on rehydration...when you're dehydrated your sodium level is already elevated...increasing your sodium intake could lead to hypernatremia which can be a medical emergency leading to seizures, coma, and death. If "my stomach hates me" means diarrhea, then a nice banana can't hurt for your potassium levels...but you'll…

When I slip, it usually takes me getting back involved in the app to get back. I know it's strange but the forums and their drama keep me checking my app, so while I'm here lurking I might as well log my food!! When I go over on my day, I just spend an extra hour in the gym. I always have a goal in mind.

I'm right with you. I'm terrified of saggy skin. But I am MORE terrified of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, immobility, sleep apnea, and death. Don't let it stop you from putting your health first.

Agreed...My doctor started me at 50, and now a year later I'm at 125....it takes time to get your t3 and t4 levels back to where they should be

Search the word "snow" it's there

I try to net 1400 or so. Doesn't always happen. But as long as the "if every day were like today" message shows a loss, I'm good

Low tsh only indicates hyperthyroidism when t3 and t4 are elevated. Low tsh and low t3 t4 would be hypothyroidism and could indicate dysfunction in either the pituitary or hypothalamus.
