1) Keep logging 2) Join a gym and make a real effort to go in the mornings before class 3) Lose 5lbs (realistic) or 10lbs (stretch) 4) Get my sleep schedule back on track

Honestly OP, you know what you need to do. Eat less, Move more. Do the exercises everyone on here has already said....You don't need PT or a fancy gym or equipment...just the will to do it. Weigh yourself no more than once a week, log everything, and you will reach your goal.

Famous Daves was not 360 for half a rack. Famous Daves was anywhere from 500-900 for half a rack. Need to be more careful with your reading. Serving sizes do not always equal what you're being given.

What is your anti inflammatory diet? I had my gall bladder removed a few years ago and now it's like Russian roulette when I eat whether or not I'm going to spend the next few hours in horrible crampy pain.

I'm on Levothyroxine...I just don't feel any different and I only lost 4 lbs in my first month...I guess I was just curious if, at my size, that was a "you need to change your strategy" or a "you're doing good, it's just because of your thyroid" type of a loss...
-
I've lost 4 lbs in my first month. Weight loss doesn't always happen on our timeline. Keep with it!

It could be worse...you could be typing up lecture notes like me!

If you're only eating 1300 calories a day and then burning 200..you're forcing your body to live off of only 1100 calories a day...It may seem counter productive but...I would up your calories if you don't see results after another few weeks.

The picture makes it just look like bruises...How long have they been there? I would see your primary if you are finding random bruises often with no known cause.

I think drinking infused water is a great idea - especially if you don't like the taste of water on its own. Detox anything in general doesn't work....and even if it did and you lost a ton of fat..what you're really doing is releasing all the toxins that were stored in your fat into your blood stream all at once! No good.…

* Weight related illnesses such as Diabetes and Cardiovascular disease run in my family * I want to be the kind of nurse that people respect. How can I tell someone to eat healthy and lose weight when I'm clearly not? * I don't want to miss out on experiences due to weight limits or embarrassment * I want to have kids in…

For me...starting a new day is an important part of my process...if rolling over calories works for you I say do it...but for me...I need to be able to say "Okay...I had a bad day...today will be better" and just start over

I am going to lose minimum 78.5 lbs in 2015 -- I wish I could say I'd lose 150lbs....but, if I'm being realistic....one-derland would be good enough for me

I did the side and back kick squats 20 each (10/leg) without stopping and was huffing and puffing so bad haha. Cardio squats!! Today though my calves are so sore from my horrible yoga attempts I feel like I'm dying.

I can't afford a gym membership so I just work out at home. I like doing step aerobics...I just put on a TV show and use a 6" step while I watch. I've been obsessed with squats lately and I try to do yoga...I'm really not flexible. I've found that I am more motivated when I'm doing activities that I can feel accomplishment…

I would probably make protein your 40%....the US FDA recommends 45% carbs in your diet...but what people don't realize is that the FDA's main job...is to sell US products...which is corn and other grains. Fats will keep your full longer, proteins will help your muscles rebuild after working out, and carbs will provide you…

Hi everyone, I'm Jen. I am a nursing student set to graduate May 2016. I am from the Baltimore region of Maryland and I currently live with my boyfriend of 2 years and our small fur child Ruxin. We live in a one room basement apartment...so as you can imaging...it's incredibly cramped. Our shower...is actually a hose…
