I'm 5'8"...the most I've ever weighed is 380....had gastric bypass....got down to 250...it has slowly crept back through very poor choices on my part...start of MFP was 330...I'm at 293 right now...goal is 160-190...

I'm a freak when it comes to weighing....I weigh every morning before I get dressed & every night before I get in bed. BUT, Tuesdays are my OFFICIAL weigh day...that morning is the one that counts. The rest is just a checking in for myself. I have learned that it keeps me on track....:tongue:
