hey were at the same wait right now and have the same goal weight. Congrats on finding my fitness pal again. I stated on here a year ago and had some ups and downs. Hopefully were able to get it right this time around and lose the weight. :)

Yogurt Parfait 1/2 cup Simply balanced Greek vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup nature valley oats and dark chocolate granola 1 large strawberry 4 Blueberries 195 calories and it keeps me full until lunch time

I have a tbsp of semi-sweet chocolate chips. It's only 70 calories and if I go over my limit it won't really effect anything.
