I am so getting one once I get to my goal weight. After breastfeeding and losing weight they have their fullness and by the time I get to my goal they will be sad, shriveled, skin bags hanging on my chest:( So yeah I am gonna get them put back where they belong:)

You ladies rock so hard! Workout B today Squats- 84lbs AGAIN:( and that *kitten* was heavy but I got it done and my hip flexor felt better today. OHP-64lbs! HARD work! Deadlift- 138.5lbs Wow, seriously I thought I might die:) only managed 4 reps so next time I will be repeating 138.5lbs

When my toddler goes to grab something off my plate (he does this all the time) and I almost bite his hand off and growl at him "this is MINE!!" ***I normally dont have a problem with sharing my food with him but when TOM is visiting........back the efff up little man!!:)

I am 4'11 and currently 131.8lbs and I am trying so hard to get to 120lbs. I eat 1500 cals daily. I do strength training 3 days a week and cardio 2 days a week. I am losing slowly but I refuse to lower my cals anymore because I get HANGRY on anything less than 1500:)

I am 4'11 and I never, ever, ever will be a size 0 unless I look like this....and pray exactly like that LOL! My hips will just not shrink down to a 0. NOT. GONNA. HAPPEN.

I would not consider that a fail!! You took a breather and completed the set. I only consider it a fail if you cant lift it or lift it with bad form:) Great freakin job on that weight! I just deadlifted 120lbs yesterday and felt like a badazz now I feel like a wimp;)

I love cauliflower but this is where I draw the line:) Would not eat the cauliflower "oatmeal"......yuck!! p.s. I creeped (< not really a word) your dairy to see if you actually ate this LOL:)

Personally I would take it easy a few more weeks. Your body needs time to heal and with 3 kids under 4 you are really going to wear yourself out! A little walking is ok but I would try to rest as much as possible right now:)

DO IT NOW!! Know a good time to start lifting heavy?...........YESTERDAY!!! Seriously, I have seen the most changes in my body from lifting heavy(Stronglifts 5x5) than anything else. Definitely no bouncing back here! More like dripping blood, sweat, and tears to get "back" but like my username suggest IamOnMywayNow:) Me 5 months after my second and last baby:) Me 2 years later trying my HARDEST to get to hot mommy status!! (almost there.......maybe?)
