You are still young! Enjoy your life, get out and do stuff now. The right guy will come around and love you for who you are. I have been with my hubby since I was 16 and still happy, but not all young couples stay strong. Dont be in a hurry, you still have plenty of time to be with someone. :)

I have only lost 11 pounds and have 25 more to go, but My sex life is defiantly approving. The more I am feeling better about my body the better our sex life is becoming. I also had to step away from Soda. It was hard at first but I am happy with water or zero calorie Gatorade these days. Good luck!!! :) on all this, you will do great!

When I see over weight people run I think "Good for them"! I love seeing people out there doing something about it, :) When I jog I listen to music and try not think about what other people are thinking, I am doing this for me. :)

Its ok to slip a little bit but don't go crazy with the food, I have the same problem I turn to food when I am sad, stressed, bored, ECT. But I need to just treat myself with one thing and not go crazy, Your not alone. :)

That's a ruff change but, You can do it! That will be awesome if you stick to it. I know its hard when friends and family have get togethers, BBQ's. Keep at it :)

I don't go to the gym, I have several workout videos from Team beach body that are great, also Zumba is wonderful jogging is also great and if you cant jog then walk. I also want to get back down to 125- 130 ish. Add if you would like :)

I don't eat past 7 at night, but maybe if you get hungry have a vegi or something.

I also have insanity, thinking to start it after I finish my Lesmill Cambat workouts :) Its ruff but I felt so great when I did it a while back.
