Started out great today! Got up early at a egg white sandwhich (with bagel thins) and then hit the gym for 2 hrs. Already have had over 10 glasses of water....with still more day to go. The challenge will come this evening since we have my stepdaughter over and she is quite the fussy eater.

Ok...Monday went pretty well. I got in a Zumba class and stayed within my calories. Water has never been an issue for me...since its pretty much all I drink. The exercise may be a challenge for me today since Tuesdays are my day to do nothing but study. I will try to sneak in a Pilates workout before class this evening.…

If its not too late I too would like to join you ladies on this goal :-). I put on some unfortunate weight during my honeymoon in June...and have been pretty wishy washy in keeping myself in check and logging all my food and exercise.
