I dont think the exercise has anything to do with it..maybe thyroid or definately your diet..what about taking zinc?

I drink flavored water that way it seems like it somekind of juice, but there is no cals.

2 pieces of diet toast with parkay spray butter, cinamon, and equal and occasionally an apple and ensure and then about 23 pills lol

Chaynan (sorry spelled wrong) pepper is supposed too! Comes in pills..dont take it though if you have diarahrea burns your butt

Well I dont know if it boost your metabolism or not but I noticed that all of the thin women at work drink milk and I started to and I lost just from doing that..skim milk..just an observation thanks for the info though

true this is what I use to gain..small amt high cals..but anything in moderation is ok anyway..I put mine on graham crackers to! It took me a while to get over the fat content but realized it was good fat..sounds weird calling fat good lol

what about whey protein in drinks..I mix mine with ensure but you dont even have to mix it with anything

Hey tell your boyfriend to try eating foods that are calorie dense. Meaning a lot of calories in a small amout of food. I also drink ensure and boost, but I mix whey protein in with it too..that can be an easy 700 plus calories. I do this on my good days lol Also I am not supposed to go more than 4 hours without…

I use it but I also have an anorexia so dont know if it helps or not, but I take chromium and other things to. I am afraid to stop taking it although I know I should.

no by not eating that causes your body to actually store fat not burn it. that just slows down your metabolism and doesnt help.

I had the same kind of problem but then I ended up abusing them..taking over 50 at a time...well my bowel perforated, ended up with a colostomy(bag on outside of your stomach) and now I have no large intestine.
