Maybe I need to start being held accountable. I was with my last therapist I had to get weighed every week. I am supposed to now to be able to keep woring but I know I can get away with not doing it..so I have. I recommend talking with your doctor so he can check you out physically but also you should find someone who specializes in eating disorders. They usually will have you work with a nutritionist too. I would just eat my breakfast when I got up. Around 4pm. Have a snack about 10pm and eat my dinner from 1-2 am. On my days off I would eat when I get up and then eat whenever I got hungry next.

Actually while I was in the hospital they had therapy dogs. Once or twice a week they would bring them to the unit. I was in a psych hospital as my insurance wouldnt pay for Renfrew in Phili. I agree with who ever said dont restrict during the day. Eat normal and then you wont feel like you have deprived yourself of anything. Then hopefully there wont be this urge. People tend to binge because they have restricted! Is your boyfriend a support for you?Maybe you could talk to him when you get the urge.
